East Carroll Parish has long been known for its high-quality agriculture and potential for producing giant whitetails. This property provides both. Fifty-nine acres are in irrigated tillable ground, with the remainder in expired hardwood CRP. The habitat is impressive, offering very thick hardwood growth with a ton of browse available to the deer.
