The 1100 Acre Hunting Ranch was originally part of an historic 80,000 acre ranch. The ranch and general area are renowned for abundant whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey and free ranging exotics. Water is provided by two water wells, one at the headquarters and another on the east side of the ranch. These wells are believed to be about 300 to 350 feet deep and are each on an electric submersible pump and have been a reliable source of water for many years. Water is stored in large rock and cement tanks and then piped to livestock and game troughs around the ranch.
Improvements

Topography
The 1100 Acre Hunting Ranch has a great diversity of topography, with wide, grassy flats along the massive Mail Trail draw on the north end of the ranch and rolling to mountainous hills on the south side of the ranch.
