Legacy Home & Ranch is proud to offer this beautiful live water ranch located in southeastern Edwards County with over a half mile of crystal clear, strong flowing Nueces River. The hills of the western reaches of the ranch provide incredible long distance views of the Nueces River Valley and the hills beyond. Below the hills lies the fertile alluvial bottom land that offers many possibilities for cultivation. It is currently planted in millet. About 2/3 of the ranch is medium to heavy cover providing habitat for wildlife including whitetail, turkey, hogs, and exotics with around 1/3 being open bottom land. Along the river banks where the Lipan Apache among others camped, there is opportunity to find Indian artifacts. This section of river is wide, beautiful, and diverse offering the soothing sounds of the shallows coursing over limestone bottoms and deeper turquoise green pools to cool off in. The ranch is partially high fenced with large neighbors on the west and south.
