The two houses are powered by a generator that is very easy to use. Electricity is about 2500 feet from the house if permanent power is desired.
Water: There is a community water well for all the property owners less than 1 mile away. A large water tank on a trailer is used to transport water from the well to the ranch and will convey with the property.
