Whitetail, Axis, Turkey, Dove, with occasional free ranging exotics can be found in the area. The property includes a ground blind set up over a feeder pen, with free choice and spin cast feeders operating.
The owners have the use of a shared water well and use the two water totes to transport water to camp. There are are power lines available via deeded easement approximately 4/10 of a mile from the camp. The property has an agricultural use exemption for the purpose of tax calculations.
