The purchase price of the property shall be determined by multiplying the upland acres by Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00) and the wetland acres by One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per acre based on a wetland survey to be performed prior to closing. The actual net acreage in either category will be determined by a wetlands survey approved and signed off by The US Army Corp of Engineers.
