This is a strip center that generates approximately $30,000.00 a month in rent. It is old and you may argue it's expensive, and I agree. Due to the seller tax situation it has to sell for a number very close to the asking price. All of us who live in El Paso, TX will love to see this property integrate with the UMC Children's Hospital etc. The value on this property, will be in redeveloping it and create a multi level student and doctors housing so they can be close to the hospital and and the same time have their families with them. Also, we can have a retail element of the first floor such a cafe spot, gym, laundry, and other services required in the area. If a developer is interested it will be a good idea to speak to the directors of the existing projects across the street to explore some kind of different possibilities.
