Notice is hereby given by the City of Erie Tax Claim Bureau, in and for the City of Erie under Sections 601-609 inclusive of the Real Estate Tax Law of 1947, as amended, that the Bureau will expose the above referenced property at a public sale that will be held, commencing at 10:00 A. M. on December 5th, 2023 for the purpose of collecting unpaid 2022 and or any prior real estate taxes, prior liens, municipal claims, and all costs.
