The purchase price of $225,000.00 is only for the land The Sellers shall retain a $1.00 (One Dollar) per ton royalty interest on all sand and aggregate extracted from the property. This royalty is payable on the gross tonnage of material extracted. The sale is contingent upon the execution of a separate legal Mining Royalty Agreement as per the attorneys drafting that fully details the measurement, reporting, and payment schedule of the retained royalty interest.
