In 1984, Paul finished his real estate education and obtained his salesman s license. He started sales in farm and ranch properties and land. In 1985, he sold his interest in his company, Stockman Supply and Service to his partner and continued to do fertilizer sales and direct sales of feed and seed to ranch and farm customers. The feed and seed sales were dropped as the real estate business grew . He also had a Outfitter and Guide business packing hunters and outdoors folks into the Mountains of Northeastern Nevada. In 1985, Paul joined with Templeton Livestock Market out of California to start Satellite TV Sales of Cattle for Superior Livestock. Paul was responsible for getting Nevada sales off the ground and he did so for three years. Improving the ranchers' marketing position in selling cattle was a goal and the Satellite sales made a dramatic difference. These other business ventures gives Paul a wide background in real estate to draw from which will help both buyers and sellers. In 1990, Bottari decided to get his broker s license and start his own brokerage. He opened Bottari Realty in Wells, Nevada. He moved the location three times within the community providing a full service real estate service to the community. He has been active in the local , state and national organizations and is in on local and National committees today as well as being the President of the Society for Preservation of Western Heritage a 501c (3) organization . In 1992, he married Lori Lockwood, and she has been his partner since and is active in the real estate business. He sold his outfitting business and used the money to buy the Nevada franchise for the Real Estate Satellite Network which went down when the Internet came into existence 2 years later.
