Marlin Ranch
Located in in Falls County, East of Temple and South East of Waco. This 71 acre property is fully fenced, covered in natural grasses. The property features a pond and seasonal wet weather creek. It is almost at the end of the CR (Close to the intersection of CR 228). There is a small for sale sign. From Marlin: East on HWY 7; Right on FM 2958; Right on CR 225; Left at the dead end on CR 228; immediate right on CR 223. Property will be on your right. There is a small sign.
