Over 255 acres irrigated with pivot system from 4 wells for the summer soybeans. Over 160 acres used for winter wheat production with the 2014 crop producing 77 documented bushels of wheat per acre. This sandy land is level with drainage ditches made for wet weather, soil has been limed with over 3 tons of lime per acre and soil samples taken and fertilizer
applied for top quality production. The owner has ripped the soil from 24 to 48 inches and has plans to rip it to 6 feet deep this season. There is a total of 415 acres of this tract in production, the rest is 3 stock ponds, nice Oak trees for a great building site and the owner is just starting to grow native pecan trees with plans to start budding good hybrids' on to them in the near future.
