Moss Creek Farm has 1.62 miles of frontage on TX 34 (west boundary), 2,940 feet frontage on new FM 1550 (south boundary)-both of these are paved highway. Part of the east boundary is along CR 3444 which is a gravel road that runs along the property for about 2,500 feet.
