There are 4,301± acres of merchantable timber on the property, including 3,253± acres established in pine plantations of various age classes. Approximately 551 acres have recently been harvested. A high percentage of these acres will be chemically site prepared in 2015 by the current owner.

American Forest Management performed a strata-level inventory on the property. The fieldwork was completed in March, 2015.

Merchantable pine plantations have an average site index of 65 feet (base age 25). Pre-merchantable stands (ages 0-14) totaled about 709 acres. Of those, approximately 135 acres in the 10-12 year age class were sampled having an average site index of 69 feet (base age 25).
