Driving down Fm 609 from La Grange (8 miles) to the property the first thing I noticed was the rolling terrain and Large Oak Trees. On the property you pass the "Old Farmhouse", which sets close to the big equipment barn, with 6 (six) open stalls and 2 (two) garage stalls, corral and large pole barn with an attached shed.
What breathtaking views of the countryside as you approach the hill. It's something you just have to experience yourself to understand the natural beauty this property has to offer. There is also improved grasses, just waiting for cattle along with cross-fencing, and 2 (two) ponds.
The "Old Farmhouse" is livable but needs to have some work done. You could stay there while building your dream home on the hill with unbelievable views and the "Old Farmhouse" could be a guest house or ranch caretakers house.
