A Wonderful Restoration Project!! This is one of the oldest structures in Flatonia being built in the 1880's. The tile floor was brought back from San Antonio in the 1930's and possibly could be Alamo Tile. The walls are wide solid wood boards. Some flooring upstairs and down are long leaf pine. Downstairs ceiling is 11'9". The windows are original to the house. They are 8' with some bubbling in the glass and beautiful crown molding on top to trim them off. The downstairs bath has an inviting old clawfoot tub. Also, there is a 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment above the garage. The house has been leveled about 5 years ago.
We also co-broke, however agent must accompany buyer at all showings.
