Driving Directions: Take FM 611 west from Rotan for approximately 9 miles, then turn north on FM 3205 for 4 miles. Turn east on CR 346 for 2.5 miles to the ranch gate.

Location: EZ DUZ IT is located in northwestern Fisher County, just 10 minutes northwest of Rotan at the end of County Road 346.

Acreage: The ranch consists of approximately 2,861± acres and is mostly native pasture. There are nearly 145 acres of cultivation on the ranch to plant your food plots.

Topography: The EZ has everything from nearly level fields to deep red canyons! With around 200 feet of elevation change, you could sit for hours atop the canyon rim and see for miles! If you like spot and stalk hunting, this ranch will be a blast!
