Cave Springs Farm is a three house broiler farm on 95+/- acres in Floyd County, Georgia. The farm has 40500 houses of which two were built in the early 1990s and one in 2001. The farm is mostly fenced pasture. The seller will have most of the land that is in cutover or small trees open by Mid July 2017. All of these items are acceptable or partially acceptable for the updates. House 1 has the Brood Section solid interior and exterior walls. This farm has a historical gross annual income of around $125,000 on B pay. The updates will move the farm to A pay, which will increase the pay and make the farm more efficient. Cattle Farm-The seller maintains around 30 brood cows on the farm. When the entire farm is cleaned up, this farm can run several more animal units. A working pen with a sweep tub and Powder River Squeeze Chute is included in the sale. The cattle working area is located in a side shed off of the litter barn. There are also troughed waterers on the farm.
Buildings-Not mentioned above for improvements include a fully enclosed shop and two equipment sheds. One equipment shed is near the barn and has been used to house bottle calves in the past.
