All of these items are acceptable or partially acceptable for the updates. House 1 has the Brood Section solid interior and exterior walls. This farm has a historical gross annual income of around $125,000 on B pay. The updates will move the farm to A pay, which will increase the pay and make the farm more efficient. This farm compost the mortality in the litter barn/compost shed.
This farm offers several places to expand the poultry operation. The seller has looked into building up to four 66600 houses on the site. This could be a great place to expand an operation in the future when Koch Foods allows new construction.
Cattle Farm-The seller maintains around 30 brood cows on the farm. When the entire farm is cleaned up, this farm can run several more animal units.
