SIMULCAST AUCTION: Auction will be simultaneously conducted virtually and at a physical location, whereby registered bidders may participate in person or remotely. Bidders can participate online, or in person on January 22nd at 1 PM at 100 E Main St., (Room 200) Floyd, VA 24091.
BUYERS PREMIUM TEN PERCENT (10%): Buyers Premium shall be added to the high bid, which will determine the Total Contract Sales Price. Bidders acknowledge and understand that the Buyers Premium will be added to the winning bid to obtain the total contract sales price. Example: (winning online bid $100,000 + 10% buyers premium = total purchase price of $110,000).
