The farm is located 2 miles north of Sibley, or 28 miles northeast of Bloomington, Illinois. This 120 acre parcel has 118.5 cropland acres and is unimproved. The predominant soils on the acreage are Elliott silt loam and Ashkum silty clay loam and the P.I. is 123.2.
At the 10:00 AM auction, the property will be offered in 1 tract and all bidding will be in dollars per acre. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and possession of the land will be given at closing. There is a cash lease in place for 2023 and the new buyer will receive the landlord's share of the rent for the year.
