This property is comprised of two commercial pad sites in front of the newly developed Dollar Tree distribution center on Spur 10. The pad sites contain 23.776 acres and 23.783 acres for a total of 47.559 acres. The pad sites can be purchased in their entirety of the owner will consider a division into smaller parcels.
