Tim is a Minnesota Broker and an Associate Broker with Peoples Company. Tim has been selling land and agricultural properties in Minnesota since early 2020 as part of a farmland brokerage team with a 50-year history in land sales, land auctions, land management, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges throughout the country. In 2024, Tim joined Peoples Company and is enthusiastically moving forward in his journey in land brokerage and land auctions, and is excited to be an integral part of the Peoples Company Minnesota team. Tim started his professional life in the transportation industry ultimately owning a transportation brokerage and trucking company. Eventually selling that company he started an aftermarket auto parts business that is now being operated by his two sons. Tim has always had an interest in real estate, particularly land. With his sons taking over the auto parts business he had an opportunity to pursue that interest, and it has been more fulfilling than he dreamed. Tim learned early on that a career in sales is not as much about selling as it is about service and relationships. He recognizes and values the trust placed in him by his clients and strives to exceed their expectations. His goal is to make his clients buying or selling process as stress-free as possible. Tim and his wife Patti live on their 80-acre farm north of Mantorville, Minnesota where they raised their two boys. He enjoys old cars, old tractors, and old heavy trucks, but mostly spending time with his family.
