Fall River Farm
The Fall River Farm is located a short 5 mile drive from downtown Ashton, Idaho, and only 12 miles from the southwestern border of Yellowstone National Park. The Fall River bisects this 199 acre for just over a mile providing excellent angling opportunities for native Yellowstone cutthroat, rainbows and brook trout. Of the 199 deeded acres being offered for sale approximately 115 acres are tillable with approximately 90 of those currently farmed by a neighboring leaseholder. The remaining tillable acreage has been rested in a Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). There is an existing 4,800 sqft storage shed located onsite, but otherwise no improvements exist on the property allowing an incoming owner numerous building spots along the river or tucked in to the numerous stands of aspens and conifers.
