The Corner Farm is located south of Pavillion, Wy at the NE intersection of Hwys 133 &134. Consists of 98 acres with 90 irrigated through Midvale Irrigation District. There is a new stand of Roundup Ready alfalfa and a new Reinke center pivot in 2019. Gated pipe in corners, all in excellent condition. This farm will produce over 5tons/acre of dairy quality hay this year, and for many more years to come. This is one of the best, cleanest fields in the area. No improvements.
