Block C: +/- 11 Acres of Organic Fukumoto Navel Oranges on Carrizo rootstock. Spacing is 18 x 10. Planted in 2007.
Block D: +/- 10 Acres of Organic Atwood Navel Oranges on Trifoliate rootstock. Spacing is 22 x 11. Planted in 1968.
Block E: +/- 9 Acres of Organic Fukumoto Navel Oranges on Carrizo rootstock. Spacing is 18 x 10. Planted in 2013.
Block F: +/- 10 Acres of Organic/Transitional Cara Cara Navel Oranges on Carrizo rootstock. Spacing is 20 x 10. Planted in 2017.

Water
Property is in the Alta Irrigation District and part of the Kings River East GSA. The Alta ID gate is located just 1/2 mile north of the ranch. There are three (3) ag wells on the property: one (1) 20 HP submersible pump and well, one (1) 15 HP submersible pump and well and (1) 10 HP submersible pump and well.
