As always, I tell you about any negatives. There aren't many. The location is at the far eastern part of Squaw Valley which means the commute time to the valley is a bit longer than the norm. The 3,250 foot elevation means that you can expect the occasional winter snow. The amounts are generally 4-6 inches which usually melt in a few hours. The upside is that it does mean that you can expect to be treated to some visual winter wonderland experiences and the elevation also means much cooler temperatures in the summer.
