To that end, the sellers are willing to carry paper for a well qualified buyer with a good down payment. The workshop dome does need quite a bit of repair, primarily in the roof. Finally, the sellers also have an adjacent 20 acres along the eastern boundary of the property that they will retain an easement to. The easement is such that it will not impact this property and there is the possibility of purchasing this property at some point in the future. Finally, this elevation does get a fair amount of winter snow at times.
