Location: The vegetable packing facility is located approximately 20 miles NW of Pearsall with Hwy. frontage on FM 140.
Description: The standard warehouse consists of approximately 46,202sq/ft. and is constructed of steel pipe with a combination of open and metal walls and metal roof on a commercial grade concrete slab. The warehouse functions as a packaging shed for the Frio Farms.
Located at the N end of the warehouse are two double dock high loading areas each able to accommodate two 18 wheeler trucks. The loading areas are used for semi-trucks and off loading of vegetables and produce.
The packing area for the shed is located in the central portion of the building. Overhead fans are situated throughout the area in order to cool employees while off loading trucks and packaging and bagging of produce.

There are two cinder block houses with approximately 624sq/ft. located near the packing shed. The houses are on a concrete slab with metal roofs which function as housing for laborers during busy picking seasons. A 1,080sq/ft. mobile home is occupied by one of the farms full time employees.
A 7,040sq/ft. combination office and clear span shop is located along FM 140 at the SE corner of the property, situated at the entrance to the farms. The area is mostly shop with concrete floors, metal roof and cinder block walls for the office portion.
