Per the owners there are three water wells on the property, two of them are in working condition one Carrizo well-powered by three phase electricity . There are three stock tanks and all of them can be filled via underground water lines and the NEW Carrizo well that was drilled in 2009 8 inch casing . Per water well driller this area is very fortunate to have the Carrizo Aquifer at such shallow depths...around 400'.
