Frio County Farm

This productive farm offers 2 circle pivots with a combine total of 210 irrigated acres. The larger pivot field is approximately 135 acres and the smaller pivot field is approximately 75 acres. Both pivots are in good working order and are currently in use. The balance of the property is mostly native brush.

There is one electric Carrizo irrigation well which supplies both pivots. The well is believed to be approximately 1500 feet in depth and is outfitted with a 250 Hp turbine motor. According to resources, the well is capable of producing 1000 Gpm.

This area of Frio County is known for its great red dirt farmland. The pivots are currently under a year to year lease and are planted in cotton.
