Garfield Co. Farm: 160 +/- acres located 2 miles West of Enid on U.S. 412, then 4 miles South on Imo Rd., and ½ mile west. According to the F.S.A there are approx. 89.7 acres of cropland with an 89.2 acre wheat base and 34 bushels per acre yield. Principle soil types of the cropland is Port silt loam, 0 – 1% slopes, Class II. The balance of the land is in native grass. Improvements include some fences and an older livestock shed.

Woods Co. Farm: 160 +/- acres located 9 miles West of Aline on the Aline/Waynoka blacktop, 1 mile North on the Green Valley blacktop and 1 mile East; or 9 miles West of Carmen on S.H. 45 to the Green Valley Church, then 4 miles South on the blacktop and 1 mile East. According to the F.S.A. there are 123.5 acres in C.R.P. at $37.07 per acre with an annual payment of $4,578.14 and with the final payment being due in October of 2013. The balance of the land is in native grass. Principle soil types are Vernon Clay loam, Class III; Lovedale, Classes II and III; and Devol fine sandy loam, Class III; with a lesser amount of Edna loamy fine sand, Class VI.

Farm: 160 +/- acres located 6 miles South of Billings on the blacktop, then ½ mile East; or 22 miles East of Enid on U.S. 412, then 3 ½ miles North on the Billings blacktop and ½ miles East. According to the F.S.A. there are 131.6 acres of cropland with a 131.1 acre wheat base and 34 bushels per acre yield. Principle soil types of the cropland are Bethany silt loam, Class II; Renfrow and Grainola soils, Class IV; Kingfisher silt loam, Class III; Kingfisher-Wakita complex, Class III; Kirkland silt loam, Class III; Kirkland-Pawhuska complex, Class III; and Grainola-Ashport-Mulhall complex, Class IV. The balance of the farm is in grass.

Taxes: Will be prorated to closing.

Possession: Possession of the Garfield, Noble, and Kay Co. farms will be given upon completion of the harvest of the 2009-2010 wheat crops or July 1, 2010 whichever is later. Possession of the Woods Co. farm will be given at closing subject to the C.R.P. contract.
Terms: 10% down the day of the auction with balance due upon delivery of merchantable title.
