This farm consists of approximately 160 acres more or less. According to the Garfield County FSA office there is 140.1 cropland acres with 140.1 DCP acres, and 136.3 acre wheat base with a 29 bushel per acre yield. The balance of the farm is in timber, waterways, 3 nice ponds, creek, and grass.

This farm consists of approximately 150 acres more or less. According to the Noble County FSA office there is 93.5 DCP cropland acres with 93.5 acre wheat base and a 38 bushel per acre yield. The balance of the farm is in timber, Black Bear Creek grass and a pond. This property is currently planted to Canola, but the remaining portion of the land offers extremely good deer and turkey hunting.
