LEGAL: South 135 acres of NW/4 SEC 15-20N-5 W.I.M., GARFIELD CTY, OK
The cropland lays well and the pasture has good grass and a nice pond. This is a good grain and cattle farm. The Garfield County Farm Service Agency states there are 88.2 cropland acres, with an 84.9 wheat base with a 30 yield, a 3.3 oat base with a 33 yield. This report is from a 160 acre tract and we are only selling the south 135 acres.
SURVEY: Will be supplied by the seller.
TAXES: 2012 taxes were $211.00. 2013 taxes will be prorated to the day of closing.
