This farm is located just a few miles South of Waukomis Oklahoma. Lippard Auctioneers is pleased to offer 308 acres all within the same section at public auction. These tracts offer excellent farming and cattle opportunities and according to the Garfield County Farm Service Agency this half section offers 181.7 acres of cropland with a 181.7 acre wheat base and a 37 yield with balance in good native grass. Both tracts offer perimeter and cross fencing with large spring fed ponds.
