Wind Lease: Seller is retaining all wind lease income to maturity of each current lease. Land owner will retain any surface damages.

Terms on land: 10% of the total purchase price is to be placed in escrow the day of the auction with the balance being due upon delivery of marketable title.
Terms on Minerals: 10% of the total purchase price is to be placed in escrow the day of the auction with balance due at closing. A Mineral Quit Claim Deed will be provided at closing. No abstract will be provided. Buyers will have 30 days to do their due diligence and submit any objections in writing.
