Contains a total of 190 acres, more or less. U.S. Highway 270 provides over three-quarters of a mile of frontage. The South tract contains a sixteen-year-old pine plantation on approximately 175 acres. A first thinning of pine pulpwood could be conducted within the next three to five years. An old home is located on the South Tract. According to landowner, the house was built around 1875 and was the former residence of Elias William Rector, son of Henry M. Rector, governor of Arkansas during the Civil War. The house was also the former residence of James Alcorn Rector, who was Arkansas=s first Olympian, winning the Silver Medal in the 100 Meter Dash in the 1908 Olympics in London.
