This tract will be the combination of all tracts offered together!

Farm Service Agency Information: Tracts # 1 & 2 are combined with approximately 166.7 acres of DCP cropland acres with a 64.8 acre wheat base and a 34 bushel per acre yield. Tract # 3, there is 63.2 acres of DCP cropland with 25.5 acre wheat base and a 34 bushel per acre yield.

Closing: will be set 30 days from the auction date. There is a $400.00 closing fee per closing and will be shared equally between buyer and seller.
