This property features two separate parcels being sold together. The parcels consist of 17 acres of almonds, 18 acres of bare ground, and 24 acres of walnuts. The almond orchard was planted to Shastas in 2019 and is irrigated using drip line irrigation. The walnut orchard was planted in 2013 and 2014. It is made up of Howards and is irrigated using both solid set and flood irrigation.
WATER: The ranch has two sources of water. In addition to the one 65hp Ag Well, the ranch is also in the Orland Unit Water Users District Association.
