This ranch with lots of large Oak Trees has some of the prime Whitetail Deer hunting in Goliad County. It sits adjacent to the 5000 acres Lucas Ranch that runs almost 5 miles to Berclair. Many big-horn deer come across the fence to feast on the year around corn feeders. Wide sendaros all over and roads all the way around the ranch. Owner has used selective dozing, clearing some areas for improved grasses and some for native grass grazing. No Oak Trees were dozed. Owner has a good balance of nature between hunting improvements and cattle improvements. Excellent water well with submersible pump and tank, electricity, seasonal creek and a new set of pipe pens along side 1 x 6 rough-cut boards/cattle panel pens.
