The ranch is located on a hilltop overlooking the Coleto Creek (Eighteen Mile Creek) Valley. It has improved grasses with huge live oaks dotted throughout the property. The soils are fine sandy loams that drain well.

Main House: Built in 2014, this magnificent home is a five-bedroom house with amazing attributes that create a fantastic experience as nice as any ranch house in the State.
