These improvements include; over 21,000 feet of new fence with cross-fencing that roughly cuts the property into two pastures for rotation of livestock. Also installed was, approximately 14,150 feet of buried pipe with four 11 foot tire tanks (cemented inside and out) for stock water. Additionally, a new power line was installed for the new 400 foot deep well (with an adjudication date of 1913) with the capability of producing up to 35 GPM (with minor modification). Livestock and wildlife have a reliable source of water and an abundance of feed. All other perimeter fences are in excellent condition.
