Lummis Pasture

The Lummis Pasture is 1,400 deeded acres located approximately 14 miles west of Yoder, WY. The property has all new perimeter fence installed by the current owner since it was purchased. There are 2 wells for water sources located on the property, one tank with a windmill and one tank with a solar well. Boxelder Creek also runs through the property, providing an additional water source. There is a small set of corrals and loading chute located at the entrance to the property off of Rd 13. The pasture has not been grazed in 2025, and is available for turn out for the rest of the grazing season.
