Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Grant County 40 Tract described as SE¼ of SE¼, Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 12 West, containing 40 Acres, more or less, Grant County, Arkansas (see maps).
The Grant County 40 Tract is located seven (7) miles northeast of Sheridan, Arkansas. Access is woods road from gated gravel Weyerhaeuser road. There is a deeded easement to property. Timber consists of hardwoods and native pine. A couple creeks flow through property. Terrain is flat. Pine site index averages ninety-four (94) feet (base age 50) on silt and fine sandy loam soils.
This tract offers exceptional hunting for deer, turkey, ducks, squirrel and hogs. Electricity is nearby to the south.
