With roughly half the farm being in wheat, and so much surrounding habitat on the farm itself, and the surrounding farms, it would be safe to say this farm will produce great hunting results for everything mentioned other than potentially ducks. But if there is water on the farm there is great potential that there will also be ducks on the farm, you can bet on it. In the past this farm has been used for ag production, but with the proper setup the sky is the limit as to how good of a hunting property this farm could be developed into, it has everything a person needs to make it happen, the only thing missing is you!
