This property is located approximately 22 miles North of Long Creek, Oregon and 4 miles SE of Dale, Oregon. Access is provided by a USFS road off of Highway 395. It is located in the Desolation Unit and qualifies for 2 Land Owner elk tags and 2 Land Owner deer tags. "Park Like" and "Grand Views" are two terms that describe this property very well. Nice stands of Poderosa Pine and timbered draws offer cover for elk and deer although they can often be seen on the open ridge that runs through the center. Brush Creek runs seasonally for almost 3/4 mile and plus two springs that overflow into small ponds can also be found across the interior. There is also a small rock quarry that could be used to improve roads on the property. Bordered by National Forest. Both quality Elk and Deer have been taken on the property.
