This tract boasts impressive road frontage, with approximately 6,000 feet along Walker Ferry Road and an additional 2,900 feet along Lonnies Landing Road. Topography & Soils

The topography varies from a low of 40 feet above sea level on the easternmost portion of the property to 170 feet above sea level on the highest hill on the property. The topography can be best described as gently rolling, with some areas more gentle and some areas more rolling.

The soils on the property are primarily fine sandy or silt loams for the most part. The heavier, clay soils are confined to the streamsides and lowest areas on the property.

Vegetation

The property has a history of good and active forest management. Recently, 162 acres have been clearcut and are planned for reforestation in 2025-26. The remaining acreage is primarily very productive loblolly pine plantations of various ages, with some hardwoods in the lower elevations and along the streamside management zones.
