take 105 to Bay View Rd and turn right. After the big house, close to where the heavy bushes and trees begin is a walking trail, that is actually made of wood planks that lead to the beach coastline. Once on the coastline (facing the water) turn to your right and see the property which you can identify by the curving of the coastline as seen in the picture just a short walk ahead of you.
