From Dike, go South on U Ave. (Black top) 2 miles to 190th St. turn west go one mile and turn South on T Ave. the farm is 1/4 down on the east side of the road.

Owned by Lola D. Clapp Revocable Trust. Current tenant has done an excellent job keeping the farm up, 5 years of lime applied fall 2021 and 2 years of fertilizer applied fall 2023. 100% tillable!

Final sale is subject to approval or rejection by the seller. Immediately upon conclusion of the auction, the high bidder will enter into a real estate sales contract. The Seller will provide a current abstract at their expense. Sale is not contingent upon Buyer obtaining financing.
10% earnest money payment via good check is required on the day of the auction. All funds will be held in Huff Land Companys trust account. Remaining balance will be due at closing.
Closing to take place on or before Monday, December 2, 2024.
All mineral rights owned by the seller will convey to the buyer.
