The Burrow Cove tract consists of approximately 650 acres. Terrain consists of level ridges, gently sloping to steep mountain with level benches intermittently dispersed among the contours. There are caves located on the tract. Perennial streams are on the tract along with intermittent streams with good flows during the rainy months. Tract is predominately hardwood timber. Approximately 80 acres has been selectively cut. The tract has a good deposit of natural building stone. Along with numerous other uses, this tract would make an excellent hunting property or private recreational retreat.
This tract is located in the southwestern portion of Grundy County, Tennessee. From Monteagle, Tn, take I-24W to exit 127. Take State Hwy. 50 east to Payne Cove Road. Right onto Payne Cove Road, then left onto Leo Sanders Road. Left onto Charlie Roberts Road, tract is located at the end of Charlie Roberts Road.
